At the end of October 2022, during an inspection of the roof steel structure, a defect was discovered on one of the castings. A number of measures were immediately taken to secure and relieve the defective component. From the outset, the safety of our visitors was our primary concern and it guided all our actions. In the end, a specialised bypass was installed on the defective component, with around 50 people involved in the installation. A total of around 500 non-destructive tests were carried out over a period of two months, and the bypass took 20 days to install.

According to experts who have been working with the PGE Narodowy operator for months, the results of the specialised tests clearly indicate that the stadium is a safe place to hold all-stadium events. We are facing a spectacular and record-breaking season in terms of events.

Only this year, the biggest stadium in Poland will host the world's most popular artists - Beyoncé, Harry Styles, P!nk, The Weeknd, Imagine Dragons, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Depeche Mode and the young generation's Polish star, Dawid Podsiadło. The PGE Narodowy is also a venue teeming with sporting excitement. In 2023, the home of the Polish National Team will host all the home qualifying matches for Euro 2024. Furthermore, the Fortuna Polish Cup final and the XTB KSW Colosseum II gala will also take place at PGE Narodowy. Another regular event on the calendar is the PZM Warsaw FIM Speedway Grand Prix of Poland, a Polish speedway festival.

We look forward to seeing you at PGE Narodowy!
